He worked tirelessly to ensure that our kitchen was installed to the highest standard and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the end result.
What really impressed us about Rick was his ability to come up with innovative solutions to the various problems that arose during the installation process. He was able to think outside the box and provide us with great ideas that the kitchen supplier hadn’t even thought of. This made a huge difference and saved us a lot of time, money, and stress.
Throughout the entire process, Rick was a true professional. He was always punctual, reliable, and courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He kept us updated on the progress of the project and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of the installation.

What a find))) I couldn’t ask for anything better. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, communicative, got to my home, took his coat off and didn’t stop until the job was finished. If anybody is interested in getting real value for money. CALL THIS COMPANY

Where to start! I’m a total beginner when it comes to home renovations and from the start I felt more confident in Broderick’s abilities than other installers. Hardly any of the installers I found even had a website and even if they did it was nowhere near the standard of Laserline! The small details really made a difference and are very indicative of the work to come e.g a proper invoicing system and plenty of before and after transitions on the website.
Throughout the process, our communication was amazing and he never failed to respond to a missed call or WhatsApp within a short time. I felt fully informed and was impressed with the work ethic throughout, as well as his personable presence around our home everyday! He even fixed a couple of minor issues around the house without me even having to ask, so handy! His knowledge was great and made so many recommendations throughout; one of which even ended up saving me £500. Any amendments I needed to make or going back and forth on things; nothing was an issue or too much trouble.
The end result is amazing and
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full kitchen refit and honestly cannot thank him enough! Will miss chatting to him around the house too!

Laserline was the obvious choice right from the start. On meeting Broderick he spent more time inspecting the job than the other companies and made a number of suggested changes that worked out to be great ideas. During the work he attended every working day and after the worktops were fitted he came on a Saturday to finish off. Broderick is a real gent who takes a pride in his work, which is obviously from the end result. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and will recommend him to friends and neighbours.

Broderick did a fantastic job fitting a solid oak worktop. The sink and hob fit perfectly, he really knows his craft. I was having trouble finding a craftsman, as most did not even reply to emails. I then used Google reviews to see who was highly rated. Broderick had a polite automatic reply and answered my email later the same day, and the instalation was just one week later. I can highly recommend. Thanks Broderick, great job!
